Victor, does this noise appear always or does it appear only on warm/cold engine? Are there any depences on load or engine RPM?
Did you tight all bolts around engine (supports, etc)? In Russia there are a lot of cases of loosened bolts.

noise appears only after you have used the vehicle (engine hot). In the technical service review is that there are motor mounts.

Надо узнать результаты репрограммингов и поисков подсоса воздуха.
Если это не поможет, значит надо продолжать думать.

Victor, when you'll be in service station, also ask service advisor or mechanic to check some features on your car by diagnostic computer.
1st item - Check "MDP Count" digits in menu "Injector correction". Digits has to be almost equal. If some digit is much more than another - not normal.
2nd item - Make "Injector or Rail Pressure check" on warmed engine. You can find it in engine diagnosis menu. During this test fuel combustion has to be without any interruptions and vibrations. If they are, fuel system has problem. May be due to air in fuel tubes.
3rd item - Ask them to make "Static injector backleak test" and "Dynamic Injector test" after 2nd item.
Also, there could be problem with chain tensioner or tensioner rail.
